Griffin
Probably the best picture of a griffin I've ever done. I used a reference, but did NOT trace it. I NEVER trace things unless it's a complicated picture I'm trying to copy and I need a better reference. I personally, really like this one. The wings are a little screwy, I still had not found a technique for doing them. I have one now, and will eventually get a newer griffin up here. For now, enjoy this one!

thas a cool griffin. i still hve truble with em. ironic tho. i can do hippogriffs n unigriffs but not griffins. its weerd. i thnk it has 2 do with not beein able 2 draw lions.
I can't draw birds very well...I practising with feathers, and I'm getting better, but I can never get birds in correct proportion...
im still werkin on goldendragon's. she gave me a challnge thas been cumin along pretty good. 1st time looked like a crow, 2nd time looks more like n eagle, ill get it soon.
i also figured out how 2 do lion feet. yay! i was bored n skool n wen i don have nuff room, i draw certain body parts on the margn. like arms, eyes, n heds.
I do thst too! Sometimes I just use pages in my sketch-book for practice, and they usually come out better then they do on pictures. I'll scan one and post it soon....
