Sea-Snake

This is a Sea-Snake. They are often mistaken for Sea-Serpents, but there are some differences. 1. Sea-Snakes are venemous. Their fangs are hidden inside the upper-jaw, and spring forward when needed.
2. They are able to crawl upon land, while the Sea-Serpent is generally unable.
3. Sea-Snakes can live anywhere from puddles (very small Sankes, of course) to oceans, while the Sea-Serpent is restricted to rivers, lakes and seas.
I did this one partially on Photoworks also. They pattern would probally looked better as the sky, but I can't fill certain areas (as far as I know), only the entire picture.
