The Hobbit

I don't know what happened, Blogger just deleted this post (for those of you who saw the original one). But anyway, this is a fake trailer for The Hobbit. I know they're not REALLY making that movie, But I can dream...can't I? It's made up of different scenes from LotR, Dragonheart (as the creator said) and the Dragon Slayers. The music is from The Two Towers, though it's not on the soundtrack (pity).

UPDATE: New wireless internet box, but it won't work with my laptop for some reason. And, since I do EVERYTHING on my laptop (i.e. scan pics, resize pics, type, etc..) I still can't get anything up here. Sorry.

More on Eragon:

Stormfront Studios (those who made Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers video game) have just let out a small article saying the an Eragon video game will be released this Fall, in conjunction with the movie set to release this December. It will be available for all current game consoles EXCEPT the Xbox 360 (relief overwhelms me, I have a Gamecube), and...=]], you are able to fly around on Saphira's back. Thats good considering you don't find many games where you can fly as a dragon (only ones I've found are Drakengard [which I can't get] and Reign of Fire). I got this info from...guess...Shur'tugal. Random-ness...

I may not get any pictures up for a bit, our wireless connection went down two days ago. My dad went to get a new box today, but it took about a week to get the other one working. The reason I've been gone is because I was backpacking with my class (the paaaiin), and we went to Busch Gardens (again) yesterday. And, Kumba was OPEN! Woo! Though, my mom and I got a cold (mine is getting worse, I don't know about her's) from it.
Just for the heck of it, I'll put up my top 10 favorite T.V. shows:

Unicorn

Meh, a guided unicorn (trying to not say that dreaded word [r*f*rence]). My friend, Pridwynn, wants to paint it. I don't know why, in my opinion it's a messy peice of crap. I hate the face...he looks high or something. The shading is some of the worst I've done in my life, and the back hoof doesn't match up with the hock.

Firedrake

I don't have a cute little Valentine dragon pic, so I'll just say: Happy Valentine's day.

So, this is my view of Firedrake, from Dragon Rider. I used the original cover pic for the basic outline, for the anatomy was already pretty correct. I just added what I imagined on him. I HATE the wings....I want to...to...stab them or something. Um, the scales came out a bit messy, but, eh, don't all my pics? Excuse the lettering in the top right corner, I have no freakin' clue why I put them there, for they are crap. I want to stab them more than the wings....

Chinese

A cool pic of a chinese dragon holding it's egg. I despise the way the body came out...it looks very blocky. The mane, hair-line and tail-tuft came out okay, so did the horns and front feet, but that's about it. I accidentaly cut off half of my signiture while scanning it. And on the hand thats holding the egg; thats not it's thumb, I just did the dragon's 'pinky' finger a little to far out. Overall, I like this drawing.

Furry horse critter...

WoooOoOoOO....Beware it...it is the evil furry horse of DOOM!!! Ya, uh, that stuff on it's back isn't shading, its it's mane :D! I know, I'm weird, but I like creating unique critters! I guess this guy is pretty much a horse that needs a haircut with fangs. Ayup.

Wolf-dragons

Two version of a weird wolf-dragon I made up. I like the creature and the drawings, but I hate the ears, their horribly stupid. The bigger one looks constipated....

Fox Spirit

This is NOT 'ninetails' from Pokemon. It's a golden fox-spirit from a legend I once read. These guys start out as gray foxes that like to torment humans. They look like regular foxes, but you can tell them apart buy the tounges of flame that momentarily materialize above their heads. After, I believe, 100 years on Earth their coat turns gold-ish and they sprout nine tails. They then rule over the agricultural issues of the Earth.

I'm having trouble with Blogger again...I can't get my scanned pics up. Thats why I haven't had any hand-drawn pictures up here in a while. Why does Blogger torture me? Why?
